I found myself buying this on amazon per a tiktok video I watched. The lady was cutting meat semi frozen meat down in order to create the perfect Bolognese sauce. The Meat chopper has a wide pinwheel blade that creates crumbles and evenly distributes seasons. It helps easily break up ground beef, sausage or basically anything you need to cut into crumbles. The great thing about this is its nylon which means it’s easy to clean for starters and is durable and reusable. In addition to that its resistance is about 450 degrees so you can basically cook whatever you want.
Today I’m bringing you along to my kitchen and showing you how I make my bolognese sauce. I make this when I’m so busy and it’s so freaking good. I try to eat vegan as much as I can because I feel like its better for my body but you can use anything you want.
250 grams of meat
½ cup of Rao’s marinara sauce
2-3 basil leaves
Red chili flakes
A little bit of thyme
Parsley- the key ingredient
First use extra olive oil on a non stick pan and add the meat. This is where the meat chopper comes in and helps you cut all the pieces of meat. You just twist and turn until you want your desired consistency.
On the side cut a pan of your choice add your marinara sauce, 2-3 basil leaves, salt, pepper, red chilli flakes, I like to have it more on the spicy side, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley. Leave it on low heat for a good thirty minutes.
Cook your pasta on your side, al dente is preferable.
