My go to smoothie

I have never been a big fan of drinking smoothies at all until I came to the US and didn’t have time to make a good breakfast. ( I love my sleep). In addition to that, I don’t eat as much vegetables or fruits as I should. This smoothie I learned to make was a recipe I just made on top of my head the day I literally only had fruit and vegetables in my fridge. Its the perfect combination of having your green intake with the sweet after taste to it. 

Thanks to amazon prime, you can now get your groceries on whole foods and have them deliver it to you the next. What I love about the Whole Foods x amazon prime is that your groceries get delivered in a day or you can pick it up. If what you ordered is out of stock or they feel like its not fresh anymore they will text you with a substitute link that you can either decline or add with no additional charges.

This is for anyone has does not have time to grocery shop or is just lazy to do so (me). A lot of people are skeptical buying groceries online, but I have been using this service for months now and never had an issue.My produce always comes fresh, well washed, and they really do take all the covid precautions. 

Personally, I think this is the best tasting juice and has a lot of benefits

  2. Its so healthy and packed with nutrients

How do I make it?

  1. Wash your veggies 
  2. You can put put all the ingredients in juicer or a blender.

Ingredients:

1 cup of a mix of kale and arugula

1 cup of pineapple

1/2 of frozen blueberries,rapsberiies,and blackberries 

1/2 banana

1 cup of ice

1/2 water

Optional; 1 tablespoon of honey or agave 

Mix until well blended and voila!
